There is a convenient handle so it can be wheeled even when folded up. Fold-down 'tailgate' for carrying longer / larger loads - how useful is that! This cart comes with a storage bag that quickly pulls over the cart to keep it together. A hole in the top allows you to still access the extending handle so you can tow it along, even when folded with the cover on. The sturdy frame is of steel construction. This is then powder coated for extra durability.
