The HYMIG-200i MIG welder features a stepless regulator for infinite variable control of the welding current with a low current facility for effective welding of thinner materials. The welding (output) current of the HYMIG-200i can be regulated within the range of 50-200 Ampere making the HYMIG-200i adjustable to suit welding different materials and thicknesses of steel.

Beware of lower quality models by always checking the ‘Duty Cycle’. Duty cycle is the amount of time, within a 10 minute period the welder can be used, on a given output. For example, this 200A welder has a duty cycle of 60% when used on 200A output (MIG). This means it can be used for six minutes in any ten minute period.
Cheaper, lower quality welders claim to be a certain Amperage output, but can have a very low duty cycle on the output they have claimed. Always check the duty cycle to ensure you are getting the best value for money.
