The XDC170HD compact ride on mower is primarly designed for grass collection, however using optional accessories that are available for this model it can easily be converted into a machine which is capable of mulching and discharging the grass clippings (using optional accessories).

With its hydrostatic transmission you get a step less speed control to make your driving even more enjoyable. It has a sizeable cutting width of 98cm and seven preset cutting heights from 25mm - 80mm that can be easily adjusted by a lever to the side of the seat. It also features two anti-scalp wheels which prevent any damage to the grass surface and due to it being a 'floating' deck it is simple to mow really close to edges and around any obstacles in your garden.

Powered by a reliable Briggs & Stratton 500cc engine, it features the famous Castelgarden twin cut system that provides superior cutting, a substantial 240 litre grass collector (saving time disposing of clippings) easy engagement of cutting blades by electromagnetic clutch and twin headlights for mowing in darker conditions. In addition, this ride on mower also features an adjustable seat to ensure user comfort.

A tow hitch is also fitted as standard to help you gain the most from your machine, a range of useful accessories are available to turn it into a year round performer.
